We are starting subrentals again!  

This is a reservation for a space.  If interested, your deposit on a 5x5 space is $100.00.  You can have multiple spaces so if you want a 5x10 then you would pick 2 spaces, 5x15 would be 3 spaces and so on.  The spaces will be next to each other.

I will call you this week to go over the details and to see if you are good fit.  If it's not going to work out, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.  If the rental seems to be a good fit, we will start the process of getting you set up in the store!  The deposit will cover your first months rent.  Before setup we will sit down and go over everything in more detail and go over the contract.  

The basics.

Setup begins April 26th through the 28th.  Monthly rental is $100 per 5x5 space.  There will be a 10% commission on sales.  This covers credit card and supply costs.  This is a month to month.  Reports will be run on the last day of every month.  Payments will be sent via ACH to your account.

When reserving, make sure to not pick shipping!  

Items ship out within 5-10 business days of order being placed.   Never a handling charge. 

Pickup is available at store.  When checking out, make sure to pick the option for pickup.  You will receive an email with instructions when order is ready.

Standard Rate Shipping

Returns can be processed up to 14 days from receipt of item.  Depending on situtation, either a credit to credit card or gift card will be issued.  Items marked as-is or clearance are always a final sale and non-returnable.  Please thoroughly check photos of items for condition, markings, etc.
