There's so much information that I can't do it in a simple Facebook Post!

Thank you to everyone that joined the Live!  I drank way too much and we had so much fun.  I dumped a ton of information so I'm recapping it all in this post.  I do not remember the last 30 minutes of the Live so I'm going to try and be a little more thorough here.  This will be just to the point.  I don't have the brain cells to try and be sarcastic.  

Things we talked about!

RENTAL SPACE

We are getting back into rental spaces.  Spaces are 5' x 5' for $100.  You can reserve multiple spaces if you need a larger area.  Setup begins April 26th through the 28th.  We will be hosting a kickoff of the new spaces on May 2nd!  You can reserve space and find more information by going out to the website or clicking here!  

EXPANSION

Last year, Ricky and I traveled all over the place.  I wanted to go out and see what was out there.  We met amazing people, vendors and businesses.  I started to realize the different price points and learned what was selling and where it sold.  A piece of china in Coraopolis that I would sell for $2 was $30 in Lancaster, $10 in Cleveland and $8 in New Hope.  My mind started and I got the idea of having little Emma Jeans all over the place.  Sub-renting in other antique malls.  I wouldn't have to manage anything, just drive around and refill spots.  Since the last trip, a ton has happened and I put it on the backburner.  In the meantime, the opportunity presented itself to do this, but local.  A customer, a friend, an amazing lady name Nicole, who shops with us, manages the I Made It Market in the Robinson Mall.  We were up there one day and I inquired about the space.  She perked up and was 100% for the idea.  After convincing the owner, we started the process.  Flash forward to today, the space is starting to come to life.  We will be opening the space, Saturday, April 11th!  We are super excited to have the opportunity and so thankful Nicole is in our corner and made this happen.  

EVENTS

Events can be found on our website calendar but here is a quick breakdown.  There's a lot. 

Easter - April 5th  10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

We will be open again this year. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be supplying food! Ham, Haluski, salad, desserts, etc. Queen Beans will be providing desserts!  Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Cookies, Lamb Cakes and Coffee!  It's all free. Just come down and hang out if you don't want to be home or by yourself. We had a blast last year. No need to bring anything. If you insist on bringing something, go for it. Make it a surprise. Just try not to kill us with a food borne illness. That would be great.

Expansion Opening - Saturday, April 11th  10:00 a.m.  Mall at Robinson

Emma Jeans is expanding!  We will have a second location inside of I Made it Market which is located in the Mall at Robinson.  Emma Jeans will be in the huge room in the back.  The kickoff will be April 11th at 10 a.m.   Lynn & Kristina will be up there to greet you with free stuff and refreshments!  There's a ton of new merchandise currently being set up.  The malls hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Emma Jeans Revamp - Saturday, May 2nd - May 3rd 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At this point in time, the expansion will be up and running and new sub-renters will be at the store, we decided to have a little more fun by throwing a party to introduce all the new merchandise and setup!  Come down May 2nd - 3rd for food, booze and tons of new stuff to look at.  

Artsy Doodle Stained Glass Class - Saturday, May 9th 5 p.m. 

By popular demand!  The fastest selling class is back!  Come join us on Saturday, May 9th at 5 p.m. EST for our second Artsy Doodle Stained Glass Class.  The class takes about 2 hours and you go home with your item that day!  Food and drink will be provided!  Just bring yourself, be hungry and have a good time.  There's 15 options so there is something for everyone!  They measure approx 11.5".  Once reserved, classes can not be refunded.  They can be transferred to another person.  Reserve your space here!

Coraopolis Summerween! - Saturday, June 20th 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

We are trying something new.  A night market.  Just not any night market, but a whimsical, fantasy, mystery, spooky, I'm running out of words to describe it market.  Basically we need vendors that fit in those catergories.  Tarot readers, palm readers, vendors that sell spooky things, that kinda vibe.  Amber at Carpe Diem came up with the idea and name comes from Gravity Falls.  I LOVED THAT CARTOON.  We thought it would be fun to have something different and add more work in our lives.   If you are interested, click here and fill out the form.  I'll give you a call to talk about your merchandise.  I'm trying to avoid wholesale vendors (a little is fine, not the whole booth).  We want to make sure you will make a good fit for the event and I'm trying to avoid duplicating merchandise or services.  There will be a cost of $10 to setup (non-refundable) which will go through the CCDC and benefit the food the pantry.  The market will be held in the lot across the street from Emma Jeans.  

Artsy Doodle Knots and Pots Party - Saturday, June 27th 5 p.m.

Come join us on Saturday, June 27th at 5 p.m. EST for our first Artsy Doodle Kont & Pot Party.  The class takes about 2 hours and you go home with your item that day!  Food and drink will be provided!  Just bring yourself, be hungry and have a good time.  During this class you will get to create your own macrame plant hanger with woody tray and ceramic planter!  You'll paint your pot and knot away!  Once reserved, classes can not be refunded.  They can be transferred to another person.  Reserve your space here!

Christmas in July at Emma Jeans - Saturday July 11th through the 31st.

I honestly don't even wanna think about it but it's gonna happen.  We basically redo the store and it's Christmas.  The kickoff will be Saturday, July 11th through the 31st.  As always, there will be food and booze.  

Christmas in July in Coraopolis - Friday, July 17th through the 19th.

Still working on thise one.  It's looking like the weekend of July 17th, I'm going to get other stores to participate for the first time.  They won't be doing all month, but they will be participating the weekend of the 17th through the 19th.  More info to come on this one.

Christmas in July Night Mart (kids edition) - Friday, July 17th 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This one is really cool.  It's a night market of kid entrepreneurs.  We will not be handling the vendors on this one.  It's an organization called Kids Market that helps kid learn business.  I believe there will be 30 booths set up!  They will be set up in the lot across the street from Emma Jeans.
